Armidale has a regional airport. QantasLink flies direct from Sydney daily and Regional Express flies direct from Sydney on weekdays. Link Airways operates direct flights between Armidale and Brisbane six days a week. It's only a short 6km drive from the airport to Armidale’s city centre.
Rail services operate between Armidale and Sydney. Buses run between Armidale and Coffs Harbour and locally within the Armidale area.
